Bordeaux Alumni Workshop

Conflict management

This workshop aims to help you understand the mechanisms of interpersonal conflict. How to identify a conflict? How can we recognize the nature of a conflict?

Through the prism of theory (Glasl, Schwarz, etc.), exchanges between participants and role-playing, the workshop explores the issues, processes and interplay of players that create and perpetuate conflict, particularly in the workplace.

The workshop then moves on to tools and techniques for analyzing and recognizing conflict. Participants then role-play tools and strategies for tempering, controlling and resolving conflict (Rogers' Non-Violent Communication, DESC tool, Goleman's Emotional Intelligence, etc.).

At the end of the workshop, participants receive handouts containing the conflict management tools discussed during the session.
