One of the pillars of our community is undoubtedly the solidarity between graduates and students. Is your company recruiting work-study students? Share these opportunities with our young KEDGERS who are actively seeking new challenges! The school’s Work-Study Service is here to support you and make the process as simple as possible.

Hiring work-study students is a great opportunity for your company to train future employees in your environment and methodologies. It’s also a strategic lever to support a development project within your organization, benefiting from the academic knowledge the student acquires throughout their program.

TOOLS & A TEAM TO HELP YOU SOURCE CANDIDATES
KEDGE Business School facilitates around 1,600 work-study contracts per year. Our students are already searching for their placements for the 2020 academic year — now is the time to share and promote your offers!

To do so, KEDGE provides an online platform called JobTeaser, accessible to all 13,000 of our students. We recommend posting your offers there and including the acronym of the relevant program in the job title to better target the right profiles.

ONE CONTRACT = FUNDING
We are also available to provide all the necessary information and support you throughout the process.

Feel free to email alternance@kedgebs.com or reach out to your partnership advisor at the school.

Apprenticeship Contract
Funding for apprenticeship contracts is provided by the OPCO (Skills Operator) based on the national cost for the company’s industry sector (rates set by France Compétences).
The cost of apprenticeship programs at KEDGE Business School is aligned with our regular tuition fees for those programs.
Therefore, the remaining amount to be covered by the company is only the difference between the OPCO’s coverage and the standard tuition fee. The company must commit to covering this difference.

Professionalization Contract
Funding for professionalization contracts is provided in full or in part by the OPCO to which the company contributes. Each company should contact its OPCO to determine the coverage amount, which may vary from year to year.
