In an unprecedented context of lockdown, with admissions based on applications and no oral exams for some programs, KEDGE is innovating for its eligible candidates.
The school has created a unique digital experience to present its programs, areas of expertise, and campuses, and to immerse candidates in their future life as students—and later, as graduates.

KEDGE has also defined selection criteria aligned with the values of its community to thoroughly assess applications and ensure successful integration. This is a unique and interactive digital experience for both candidates and their parents.

Due to the lockdown, no candidate can physically visit the campuses to experience the traditional “admissions day.” That’s why KEDGE has developed a unique “digital experience” including webinars, webradio, video testimonials, interactive sessions, and virtual meetings. This 2.0 experience goes far beyond a simple school presentation.

A Dedicated Website: admissibles.kedge.edu
To provide personalized support, KEDGE has launched a “Admissions 2.0” website. It includes information about the KEDGE Bachelor, International BBA, EBP International, and Grande École programs. Candidates can book online appointments with current students and explore the campuses through images. The site’s agenda highlights key events and virtual sessions throughout the recruitment period, and candidates are encouraged to check it regularly.

Through this platform, KEDGE offers multiple communication channels to facilitate contact with candidates and their parents. A team of students from the KEDGE Bachelor, International BBA, EBP International, and Grande École programs is available to answer questions.

They can be reached via email, phone, and chat for any inquiries about KEDGE’s academic offerings and services. A toll-free number is available Monday to Saturday, from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM:

  • Bordeaux: +33 5 56 84 42 29
  • Marseille & Toulon: +33 4 91 82 77 45

Webinars to Present the Programs
Each week, academic directors present the educational content of the programs, joined by current students who share their experiences and life as Kedgers. Q&A sessions foster interaction and allow all topics to be addressed.

Upcoming Webinars:

  • Tuesday, April 28: International BBA at 6:00 PM
  • Wednesday, April 29: EBP International at 6:30 PM
  • Wednesday, May 6: Tremplin Webinar at 6:00 PM
  • Wednesday, May 27: Prépa Webinar at 6:00 PM

A Student-Led Webradio
Live, for one hour each week, students host a show focused on a specific KEDGE area of expertise—chosen by candidate vote. A school department is invited to each episode to present its activities and answer questions from candidates and their parents in real time.

A Series of Immersive Videos
A wide range of videos is available, allowing candidates to dive into a typical student day through testimonials, highlights of school services, and presentations of student associations. A true immersion into the life of a Kedger.

A Taste of Virtual Classes
Candidates can attend virtual classes, choosing from the most popular core courses of the programs they’re interested in. These online learning platforms offer a preview of the courses they may take and help confirm their choices.

School Values at the Heart of Application Review

Following decisions by the Ministry of Higher Education, written and oral exams have been canceled in favor of application-based selection. Applications are assessed solely based on materials submitted by candidates via Parcoursup and the exam banks. These include academic records, teacher evaluations, and additional elements such as extracurricular involvement, professional experience, hobbies, and motivation.

In this unprecedented context, KEDGE focuses on identifying profiles aligned with the school’s ethics and vision. Selection committee members look for personal qualities, commitments, experiences, and life paths that could enrich the school community—based on a defined set of criteria.

Social diversity being a key priority, the selection committee has chosen not to prioritize international travel experience, but rather candidates’ openness to the world and to others.

Program-Specific Selection Procedures

International BBA and EBP International (SESAME exam):
An initial quantitative analysis is conducted by the exam bank based on high school grades, with special attention to language skills. A minimum eligibility threshold is then set. KEDGE jury members conduct a qualitative analysis based on the candidate’s profile, abilities, and motivation.

KEDGE Bachelor (ECRICOME Bachelor exam):
All applications are evaluated. An average score is calculated based on quantitative criteria (from the exam bank) and qualitative criteria (from school jury evaluations). This average determines the admission threshold.

Grande École Program:

  • Via Tremplin (ECRICOME Tremplin 1 and 2):
All applications are evaluated. A combined average of quantitative and qualitative scores is used to rank candidates and set the admission threshold.

  • Via preparatory classes (ECRICOME Prépa and literary tracks):
Only written exam scores are used to select candidates.
