Cécile JOLLY, Director of Brand and Communication
As part of its KEDGE 25 strategic plan, the goal is to strengthen the school's reputation by building on strong, attractive, and distinctive identity markers, fueled in particular by the student experience, educational identity, and academic excellence.
Throughout her career, Cécile JOLLY has developed extensive experience in internal and external communications, brand and institutional communications in B2B and B2C, and change management within leading international groups.
A graduate of EMLyon and aged 52, Cécile JOLLY began her career in marketing at Nestlé France in 1991 before joining McDonald's France in 2000, where she was Marketing Director and then Director of Corporate Communications and Image. She joined the Adecco Group in France in 2008 as Director of Communications and served as Director of Communications and Marketing for the Korian Group from 2014 to 2018. Since September 2018, she has been Director of Communications, Research & Innovation at the L'Oréal Group.
At KEDGE, Cécile JOLLY's main tasks will include developing the KEDGE brand identity, promoting the school within its territories, in France and internationally, to its various audiences (students, institutions, companies, etc.), and creating and managing networks of influence through a global internal and external communications strategy.
Frédéric COZIC, Director of Technology and Data
In order to pursue its commitment to becoming a Smart School, the digitization of business processes and the evolution of the information system related to education is an obvious and necessary step. KEDGE has very strong ambitions in the areas of data, transformation, and innovation.
An information systems engineer, Frédéric COZIC has been working in technology and digital for nearly 15 years, with a consistent focus on user experience and data.
After graduating from the Ecole Centrale d'Electronique de Paris in 2007, Frédéric COZIC worked in web agencies in various sectors before joining SFR in 2012 as User Experience Project Manager. In 2014, he joined Olympique de Marseille as Digital Manager, a position he held for three years before becoming Digital & Media Director and then Director of Digital Transformation. Since 2020, he has been the Club's Director of Technology & Innovation.
At KEDGE, Frédéric COZIC's missions are in line with the school's Student Centric vision to facilitate personalized support for students. Innovation will be an integral part of his roadmap, with a clear desire to open up to the world of start-ups in order to transform more quickly.
Ari DE SOUSA, Director of KEDGE Online
KEDGE has created KEDGE Online, a new entity whose mission is to design and build KEDGE's online educational offering, integrating KEDGE's assets and current training programs while developing a complementary offering to address new targets and needs in France and internationally.
Ari DE SOUSA has built up solid experience in various roles in the media world, particularly in digital transformation, digital offering design, audience development, and revenue growth.
A graduate of the Institut Commercial de Nancy (ICN), Ari DE SOUSA began his career in 2000 in the media sector as a Senior CRM Consultant at Accenture. He then joined AOL France before becoming Director of Digital Activities at the daily newspaper Metro in 2009. In 2015, Ari DE SOUSA joined Radio France as Director of Digital Offerings and Marketing. A speaker and coach at several schools and universities, he has taught media and content economics and advised various French media outlets on the development of their digital offerings.
