A Kedge BS alumna supports female entrepreneurship

Fatou Ndiaye, an alumna of Kedge Business School, incubated at the Business Nursery and member of the KEDGE Entrepreneurship startup community, has just launched, with her team, The Wonders, a community of women who dare to take risks and embody the change of tomorrow. The goal is to instill in these women a mindset without limits, because, as Fatou Ndiaye so aptly puts it, “The only limit we set for ourselves is that of our imagination.” The Wonders was born out of the observation that 92% of women have an entrepreneurial project that they don't dare to launch due to a lack of self-confidence. The “Les Défis” program aims to give a boost to these women who want to launch a project with a positive impact, create a business or an association to make the world more sustainable, happier, and more inclusive. This program will provide the motivation, tools, and supportive community these women need to finally take action.

21 weeks, 21 challenges

This program is based on taking action. Participants, known as Wonders, will undergo 21 weeks of training with weekly challenges to complete. These challenges are designed to help them build confidence. At the end of each 7-week session, the Wonders will have collaborative experiences to create:

  • 1st experience: a weekend expedition where everything must be bartered: accommodation, food, etc.
  • 2nd experience: organizing an event (Wonders Festival)
  • 3rd experience: a Tour de France to meet women who are changing the world.

Thanks to these collaborative experiences and the many challenges that the Wonders will have to overcome, the women in the program will be connected to each other, creating a true community of mutual support. Apart from these three collaborative experiences, the entire program will be digital, although meetings will be possible on the campuses of Kedge Business School in Paris, Marseille, or La Réunion.

The benefits of this program The Wonders

The “Challenges” program will give you access to:

  • Masterclasses by experts
  • Digital micro-learning videos
  • Co-development workshops
  • Courses taught by the Wonders
  • Mentoring by experienced coaches
  • A community platform for sharing with coaches available 24/7
  • Access to 100% of the content on Openclassrooms

For each Wonder candidate, the price of the program is €3,000 instead of €15,000, thanks to subsidies from partners such as La French Tech and Kedge Business School.
