This captivating film, shot in the Philippines, highlights inspiring marine protection initiatives in one of the planet's most biodiverse regions. Since its launch, it has enjoyed impressive international success:

  • Official selection at 30 prestigious film festivals

  • 10 top prizes, beating out big-budget productions

  • Conservation Award at San Francisco's International Ocean Film Festival

  • Screening at Stanford University's Sustainability Summit

🌊 A strong message for ocean protection

The film highlights concrete actions for marine conservation, particularly in the Palawan region, classified as a biosphere reserve by UNESCO. In particular, it illustrates

  • The creation of 10 marine protected areas to safeguard the habitat of the endangered Dugong.

  • The restoration of devastated marine ecosystems, thanks to the commitment of local foundations and associations.

  • The successful model of the Tubbataha Reef Nature Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

"We hope that this film will raise awareness of the urgent need to protect the oceans and encourage concrete action to achieve the 30x30 objective: to protect 30% of marine areas by 2030," explains Clément Pourtal.
