🎓 His background

Today we're honoring Loïc Morant, Founder LM PERFORMANCES and Founder CLAP STORIES. After a BTS in negotiation and customer relations, Loïc joined KEDGE Business School in PMF Finance 📈

During his studies, he spent a year in #Australia in Brisbane, where he was a student ambassador in #Marketing and promoted the city's tourist activities. Having always loved the image of the 'Golden Boy', after his studies at Kedge, Loïc began his career as a Treasury Trader at Rothschild in Geneva, his mission was to buy and sell currencies.

💪 Entrepreneurship

But after a few years, he missed the human side and wanted to change sector. As a golf player, Loïc once took part in a mental preparation course. This was a turning point in his life, and soon afterwards he launched his own business, LM Performances, specializing in mental preparation for golfers.

Today, he also teaches courses for the Swiss Golf League 🇨🇭🏌️‍♂️

Alongside his business, Loïc has also set up ClapStories, a company producing video content for social networks, documentaries, sports performances... In the future, he would like to develop his business internationally, so as to be able to produce reports from the four corners of the globe 📹🌍

💬 Feedback from improvised mental coaching

Agathe wanted to share with you about this interview:

"After our interview, Loïc and I talked about my career path and what I plan to do in the future. I'm currently doing an internship in auditing, and I told him that I hadn't really imagined the profession like this. I'd planned to make a career out of it, but found myself at a loss when it came to my career plans. And so, quite naturally, Loïc asked me a series of questions about what I liked to do, what was important to me in life, who I wanted to work with, what actions I wanted to perform, whether I wanted to move around, and so on.

At the end of this questionnaire, he was able to determine a career path, which in a way gave me some clarity. Beyond the professional aspect, Loïc has great human qualities and quite simply showed me that the Kedge years were the time to try everything, including going to the other side of the world alone, as he was able to do. I came away from the interview completely amazed. Quite an experience, thank you Loïc!
