👉 We're back together again this week to introduce you to an Alumni! This week, we present Mike ESPOSITO working for Meta as Measurement Project Manager 🧑🏻‍💻

🎓 His background

Mike graduated from Kedge Marseille in 2012 after completing a 2-year Master of Science, specializing in entertainment and media. These courses focused mainly on the production of a radio, TV, film show... 🎬

👉 His experiences

👨‍🎓Après his studies at Kedge, Mike absolutely wanted to work in video games 🎮

He worked at Riot Game in Dublin as Community Program Coordinator. His job was to create processes to help volunteer projects and train people in the various departments in these new processes. For example, he had to set up processes for organizing volunteer events.

💻 His position at META

Wishing to work in Tech, Mike then found a job at Meta, where he currently holds the position of Measurement Project Manager. His mission is to measure the quality of Facebook's internal policies and propose solutions to improve them.

For example, he coordinates projects to create measurement tools for political party ads, to check that they do not interfere with elections.
When certain videos bypass Facebook's barriers, he produces reports that explain the flaws in the system and how to modify processes to better regulate videos 📊

🤝 Next to META

Alongside his job, Mike helps out with recruitment for Meta's Operations department. According to him, the fundamental assets you need to work in Tech are:critical thinking, analytical skills and good problem-solving!
