The Supply Chain Event is the premium event for innovative supply chain solutions, and once again this year attracted over 120 exhibitors, solution providers and service providers. The themes of this year's event were: the management of physical flows, intralogistics efficiency, the "Data Driven" enterprise, and a vertical focus on the expansion of e-commerce.
For the 6th year running, the Digital Supply Chain Award was held at the SCE, a competition designed to showcase digital innovation in the supply chain. It is a showcase for new technologies adapted to the supply chain, with a view to imagining the logistics of tomorrow.
12 candidates took part in this Digital Supply Chain Award battle to present their digital supply chain innovations: Siemens, CRC Services, DCbrain, Everysens, FuturMaster, Ineo-Sense, Kardinal, Mojix, Sedapta-Osys, Solystic, STID and the overall winner Shiptify.
For the past 5 years, Shiptify has been revolutionizing the world of TMS (Transport Management System) with its digital solutions. Every day, over 5,000 companies work with their suppliers, customers, carriers and freight forwarders using Shiptify solutions.
Romain Codron presented SHIPTIDOCK 2.0, the Doctolib of the warehouse. It's a very simple tool for making a transport appointment at a logistics or industrial site, with customer references such as ManoMano, Lyreco, Alstom, Safran and Oscaro.
3 major advantages:
- For the customer: complete planning, smoothing and traceability of deliveries, resulting in productivity and quality gains.
- For the carrier: reduced waiting time on site, with ultra-fast booking: 80% of bookings made in less than 20 seconds.
- Rapid implementation: the SHIPTIDOCK 2.0 solution can be implemented in just 30 to 45 minutes per site.
Companies and logistics sites of all sizes can benefit from this technology, and over 500 sites are already equipped.

ISLI takes part in supply chain highlights
Marie-Laure FURGALA, Director of ISLI programs and alumni, was present at the Supply Chain Event to take part in the various conferences, meet ISLI partners and present the CV Book of the new graduating class. She also met many alumni, including Romain Codron, whom she congratulated on his Award.
The Supply Chain Event is a great opportunity to present new technological trends and feedback from supply chain practitioners. It's also a chance to meet up with many ISLI alumni, and I'm delighted to see an ISLI alumnus rewarded for a digital innovation in the supply chain. This SCE is also an opportunity to meet and exchange with program partners and to present the CV Book of ISLI 2020-2021 graduates available for professional opportunities.
