Céline Meyrignac has been co-creator and facilitator of employment workshops for Kedge Alumni since 2016. A passionate coach, she provides graduates with methods and advice to support them in their job search, in their choice of professional orientation (or reorientation) and more generally in their career development. Céline runs around ten workshops a year.

With more than 26 years' experience in coaching professionals from all sectors, and references in coaching executives from major international groups as well as SMEs and start-ups, Céline also supports alumni through individual coaching sessions that enable beneficiaries to:

• Take an in-depth, personalized look at a theme linked to professional mobility and effectiveness;
• accompany graduates over one or more sessions at times when they need to gain a sense of perspective, to better understand their resources and options, to make the best decisions: change of position, mission, business start-up, preparation for a key event (interview, meeting, negotiation), management or leadership of projects or people, etc.
