Through simple breathing exercises, body relaxation and positive visualization, Mandy MESROPIAN, your sophrologist, will help you feel more serene and move forward with confidence.

🤝DÉROULEMENT D'UNE SÉANCE DE SOPHROLOGIE

A sophrology session lasts 90 minutes and can be repeated if you feel the need. It can be done by video, and is divided into four parts:

💬 Exchange time
Each session begins with a time of exchange and listening to get to know you better and find out how you're feeling physically, mentally and emotionally. This is also the time when Mandy M. will introduce you to the exercises planned for the session and adapt them according to how you feel on the day.

🤸♀️ Dynamic relaxation
Following Mandy M.'s instructions, you will perform dynamic relaxation exercises. They are based on breathing and consist of gentle movements of contraction and relaxation of the body. They are performed either standing or seated.

🧘Static relaxation
Once you've settled into a comfortable position (usually sitting or lying down), you'll be invited to close your eyes and listen to the sophrologist's voice. This will help you get into a state of deep relaxation, bordering on sleep. This is not to be confused with hypnosis. Mandy M. will then ask you to visualize a pleasant image or situation. Researchers have demonstrated through brain imaging that visualization triggers physiological effects very similar to those of a real-life experience.

The session is almost over. Mandy M. will then ask you to share your feelings with her. This is also the time when the exercises are set, which you can reproduce at home, on your own.
Daily training is the key to success, and will enable you to achieve results quickly and over time.
