🎓 "KEDGE gave me the foundations to think differently, act with meaning, and build a career path aligned with my values."
Can you tell us about your career path, your years at KEDGE and how they shaped the rest of your professional adventure?
"I chose KEDGE for its unique positioning and innovative teaching approach, and was inspired by the school's commitment to corporate social responsibility - it was already a signatory of the Global Compact - and by schemes like Pro-Act, which promote initiative and entrepreneurship. My years at KEDGE were a real field of experimentation for me: I had the chance to get involved in the Unis-Terre association and to steer the Children of Asia project, which enabled us to support two schools in India and Nepal. I was also treasurer of SimONU, an outstanding experience that took us all the way to the United Nations headquarters in New York.
Today, I'm Vice President Global Sustainability at Capgemini Invent, where I lead the strategic offering around the measurement and management of ESG impacts - be they carbon emissions, biodiversity, water, pollution or social issues.
In short, KEDGE has given me the foundations to think differently, act with meaning, and build a career path aligned with my values."
🌱 "I want to initiate concrete projects around impact and responsible entrepreneurship."
You'll soon be joining the COMEX of the KEDGE Foundation, why did you agree to get involved alongside them? What contribution would you like to make?
"I am very sensitive to the mission of the KEDGE Foundation, particularly its commitment to inclusion and innovation. As VP Global Sustainability, I see obvious synergies between the issues raised by the foundation and those I deal with on a daily basis: equal opportunities, transforming business models, supporting young talent, creating virtuous and sustainable ecosystems.
I would like to contribute to the Board's strategic governance, mobilize my professional network, and initiate concrete projects around impact and responsible entrepreneurship. This could take the form of inter-campus awareness-raising events, CSR hackathons, or "impact careers" mentoring programs for students. My ambition is to strengthen the bridges between the academic and business worlds, and to help structure initiatives with a strong social and environmental impact.
Finally, this commitment is also a way for me to give back to the school what it has passed on to me. I'm delighted to be pursuing this dynamic within the Foundation, with energy and conviction."
Like Aurélie, everyone can contribute to growing the KEDGE Foundation's commitment. Together, let's support the CARE 4 STUDENTS program, so that every student can succeed in the best possible conditions.
✨ "CARE 4 STUDENTS fully embodies the mission of the KEDGE Foundation."
You'll be present on the Luminy campus for the inauguration of the CARE 4 STUDENTS Health House: how do you think this type of initiative illustrates the KEDGE Foundation's mission?
"CARE 4 STUDENTS fully embodies the mission of the KEDGE Foundation: to take concrete action to enable every student to succeed, whatever their vulnerabilities. By placing global health - physical, mental, social and financial - at the heart of student life, this project responds to essential needs that are often invisible or underestimated. It reflects a profoundly humanist and inclusive vision of higher education, where the student is considered in all his or her dimensions, well beyond academic performance.
The Maison de la Santé is also an innovative third-party place, designed to promote autonomy, prevention and social cohesion. It offers a caring space where students can feel listened to, supported and accompanied. By improving their day-to-day lives, it frees up their "mental bandwidth" to concentrate on what's most important: building the solid foundations of their professional future. It's an inspiring initiative, which shows that excellence also depends on the care and attention given to each individual."
🤝 "Supporting CARE 4 STUDENTS means investing in the conditions for our students' success."
The Foundation has just launched its annual campaign to support the CARE 4 STUDENTS program. Why do you think it's important for the KEDGE community to support this project?
"Because behind every student lies a unique personality, a singular story, and sometimes - all too often - invisible frailties. CARE 4 STUDENTS is a collective response to this reality. By supporting this program, the KEDGE community is affirming that success is not just about academic results, but also about well-being, dignity and fairness. It's a strong and concrete way of saying: "We're here for you".
This project concerns us all. As alumni, sponsors, employees or partners, we can all play a part in this chain of solidarity. Together, we can make KEDGE an even more committed, inclusive and humane school. Supporting CARE 4 STUDENTS means investing in the conditions for our students' success, today and for tomorrow."
