Initially Senior Business Unit Manager when he joined LeHibou in 2019, Benjamin Lebailly was responsible for expanding the company's territorial coverage with the creation of the subsidiary LeHibou Régions. His appointment as Deputy Managing Director of LeHibou follows the merger of LeHibou and LeHibou Régions, a subsidiary that has enjoyed dazzling success, surpassing 10 million euros in sales in just two years.
A 2012 graduate of the KEDGE business school (Marseille campus), Benjamin Lebailly spent 6 years working for the digital services company Alten, managing part of the banking sector. There, he managed the sales and engineering teams, and learned the consulting business as a consultant to major corporations.
Aware of the boom in freelancing in this sector and convinced of the benefits for all companies of having an experienced partner in accessing this community, Benjamin Lebailly joined the LeHibou platform in 2019. He initially held the position of Senior Business Unit Manager, where for 2 years he was responsible for supporting the growth of the Paris business and consolidating the key accounts business. He was also responsible for the development and training of LeHibou's teams, including the creation and management of part of the sales team.
He then became Regional Managing Director in 2020, to manage the subsidiary that created and developed LeHibou's business in the regions. In addition to achieving sales of 10 million euros in 2 years, Benjamin Lebailly set up 4 offices in just one year, in Toulouse, Lyon, Bordeaux and Nantes. Today, nearly 10 employees are dedicated to regional development.
Building on this success, Benjamin Lebailly has just been appointed Deputy Managing Director following the merger of the subsidiary with the head office. He will continue to be responsible for the development of regional operations, but will also take charge of digital strategy activities for the LeHibou platform.
Benjamin Lebailly, Executive Vice President, LeHibou
" I would like to thank Christophe de Becdelièvre, the Founder of LeHibou, as well as all the LeHibou teams, particularly those in the regions, who have performed extremely well, enabling me to take on other responsibilities at LeHibou ".
