If you are a graduate of the school and have recruited students from our school to join your teams, please be aware that during this COVID-19 epidemic, KEDGE Business School is doing everything possible to ensure the safety of its students. Our teams have therefore taken all necessary measures to implement the guidelines issued by the government. However, please note that thanks to our forward planning, we are now able to continue our work remotely. We remain available by phone or email to answer any questions you may have about the pandemic or any other school-related matters.

In this context, rest assured that the teams from the various departments at Kedge Business School remain mobilized to support you in all your efforts and future needs.

We are all involved and know we can count on you to protect our young talents.

We are here to listen to you and provide you with all the information you need, including these two FAQs that give you details on the instructions given to our students.

YOUR KEDGE INTERNSHIP STUDENT WITHIN YOUR COMPANY

Students are instructed to follow the guidelines provided by your company.

If your company practices remote working, our internship students will follow your instructions on this approach.

If you wish to terminate the internship due to a lack of activity, please notify the internship department: aidestagebordeaux@kedgebs.com.

In view of the particular and exceptional circumstances, if one of our students decides to terminate their internship period without your company being closed, we will not object. Our students may be experiencing fear and psychological distress. We therefore ask them to remain where they are and, if they are abroad, to contact the local French consulate/embassy to find out about the process in place for their repatriation.

In any case, our students are required to notify you, as well as their academic coordinator and the Kedge internship department.

YOUR KEDGE WORK-STUDY STUDENT AT YOUR COMPANY

We would like to inform you that an internal organization is currently being set up to continue providing our distance learning courses. Distance learning courses will resume on Monday, March 23, following the work-study schedule communicated at the beginning of the year when the contract was drawn up. As mentioned by the General Delegation for Employment and Professional Training, you will have noted that you are fully responsible for ensuring the continuity of their activities, including during the remaining teaching periods.

If closure or teleworking procedures are currently in place within your entities, please inform the work-study students. Please note that we have asked them to contact their employers to find out what arrangements you have made in response to the COVID-19 health crisis. They are part of your workforce.

The Work-Study Program department is available to provide any further information you may require: alternance@kedgebs.com

Several KEDGE students are currently abroad. In the coming weeks, some of them may need to contact their embassy or health authorities, or simply need reassurance. We are therefore asking international graduates who are willing to answer their questions by phone to come forward. If you have some time to spare, please contact frederique.gobert@kedgebs.com.
We warmly thank you for your time and your involvement in the KEDGE network.
