The 120 start-ups in the program are selected on the basis of economic performance criteria (fundraising or hypergrowth in revenues). The class of 2023 is also the first to include social and environmental commitments.

Announced on February 19, 2023, this 4th promotion will benefit from a year of dedicated support from Mission French Tech.

The FT120 ranking includes two start-ups founded by KEDGE Business School graduates:

• ORNIKAR: A 2011 KEDGE graduate, Benjamin Gaignault founded Ornikar, the online auto-school!
• SWEEP: A 2003 KEDGE graduate, Rachel Delacour founded Sweep, the leading carbon management software platform for large companies!

But also LeHibou, whose Benjamin Lebailly, a 2012 KEDGE graduate, has just been appointed Deputy Managing Director!

By 2023, FT120 start-ups will represent 47,800 direct jobs in France and worldwide! The Business Cool media has ranked the business schools with the most graduates working for these start-ups. In absolute terms, KEDGE Business School tops the FT120 ranking, ahead of HEC and ESSEC, with 709 graduates!
