How to Register for Your Graduation Ceremony (Bordeaux – 2019)
You’re graduating in June 2019 but haven’t registered for your ceremony yet? Don’t wait—seats are filling up fast!
Am I eligible for these ceremonies? Who can register?
This article is intended only for students graduating in June 2019 from the Bordeaux Campus. If you’re graduating from another campus or at a different time, you can skip this page—registration links for other ceremonies won’t be found here!
Registration for the ceremony is strictly reserved for graduates of your class and their guests. Guests cannot register themselves—graduates must register their guests. Therefore, you must be logged into your KEDGE Alumni profile to be recognized as a graduate of this class. You already have a profile on our site (it’s not possible to create one manually, to prevent diploma fraud).
How many guests can I bring?
Each graduate may invite 2 guests. We limit the number of guests due to seating capacity in the amphitheaters. For safety reasons, we cannot exceed the maximum number of attendees.
If you wish to bring more than 2 guests, please send an email at the time of registration to ceremoniebordeaux@kedgebs.com, specifying your program and the full names of the additional guests. They will be placed on a waiting list. Depending on the number of registrations and once the deadline has passed, we will allocate extra seats if available.
I lost my login credentials for my KEDGE Alumni account—what should I do?
No worries! You can recover your login details anytime using our password recovery form:

This recovery link is available 24/7. If you enter an email address different from the one linked to your profile, it may take 24 to 72 hours to receive your credentials.

I can’t attend my ceremony—how can I get my diploma?
If you’re unable to attend, you have two options:
-
Request by email: Send a message to diplomes@kedgebs.com with your full name, phone number, address, program, and a scanned copy of your ID. Requests will be processed after the ceremony. Your diploma will be sent by registered mail. If you want it sent to your parents’ home, be sure to include their full names.
-
Pick-up by a third party: Someone else can collect your diploma on the day of the ceremony. They must bring a copy of your ID, their own ID, and a signed authorization letter from you.
Still have questions about your ceremony?
The organizing team is available by email: ceremoniebordeaux@kedgebs.com
Please be patient—they may receive a high volume of messages as the ceremonies approach.
Congratulations to all graduates!
