KEDGE's training programs recognized by AFNOR Certification's Qualiopi certification
KEDGE is one of the first higher education institutions to be certified by Qualiopi, the new quality certification mark for training providers. The clarity and quality of the School's training programs have been recognized. The certification, issued by AFNOR Certification, was obtained on July 6, 2020, for a period of four years.
The new Qualiopi certification is based on the National Quality Reference System mentioned in Article L.6316-3 of the Labor Code. Its purpose is to certify the quality of the processes implemented for activities contributing to skills development. The activities certified for KEDGE include continuing education, validation of prior learning, and initial training programs offering work-study courses (apprenticeship and professional training contracts). Qualiopi certification provides access to public or mutualized funds dedicated to training.
The certification audit was carried out between May 26 and July 3, 2020, by AFNOR Certification, one of the certification bodies accredited by the French Accreditation Committee (COFRAC). It was conducted according to 32 indicators organized around seven quality criteria:
- Conditions for informing the public about the services offered, deadlines for accessing them, and results obtained.
- Precise identification of the objectives of the services offered and adaptation of these services to the beneficiary audiences during the design phase.
- Adaptation of the services and the reception, support, monitoring, and evaluation procedures put in place to the beneficiary audiences.
- Adequacy of the educational, technical, and supervisory resources for the services provided.
- Qualification and development of the knowledge and skills of the teams responsible for implementing the services.
- Registration and investment of the service provider in its professional environment.
- Collection and consideration of assessments and complaints made by stakeholders in the services provided.
Beyond certification, KEDGE received very favorable conclusions from the auditor on the following points:
- Commitment and involvement of teams in the certification project;
- High value-added provisions for the public in terms of regulatory monitoring, professions, and teaching methods;
- A perfect match between training courses and the changing needs of learners;
- High quality services provided to beneficiaries, particularly those with disabilities.
“The Qualiopi certification provides an additional guarantee of quality for the training courses we offer and underlines the values we are proud to pass on to our partners and learners. Obtaining this certification is the result of a long team effort and demonstrates our commitment to delivering ever higher quality training,” says Jean-Luc FAYE, Executive Education Director at KEDGE.
