✨ Théau Guillot: a kedger at the helm of growth marketing at Revolut
Théau Guillot has built up a coherent career path focused on innovation, combining his involvement with associations, his first corporate experiences and his immersion in the world of fintech.

🎓 KEDGE & Wax It: formative years

Théau joined KEDGE in 2018 in 3ᵉ year of the Grande École Program on the Bordeaux campus. He quickly becomes involved in the Wax It association, where he participates in communication for the After School Contest, an event that remains a strong memory for him.
The marketing, communications and digital courses confirmed his interest in these fields. His experience of these years was stimulating and instructive, and helped him to develop rigor and perseverance.

💼 F irst experiences: from luxury to major tech companies

In 2019, he completed his first internship at Kering, immersing himself in an international luxury goods group.
During his gap year, right in the middle of the COVID period, he pursued his career in digital marketing: first at Microsoft, then at BlaBlaCar. These two complementary experiences gave him a broad vision of marketing issues in different environments.

🌐 The Sandbox: discovering Web3 and new digital uses

After graduating in 2022, Théau joined The Sandbox, then in full development around the subjects of blockchain and metavers. For a year and a half, he contributed to the marketing strategy and supported brands such as Lacoste, Gucci and Ledger in their Web3-related projects.


This experience reinforced his interest in innovation and new communication formats.

🏦 Revolut Business: a position at the heart of marketing development in Europe

For the past year and a half, Théau has been Growth Marketing Manager Western Europe at Revolut Business, Revolut's professional banking solution. Based remotely from France, he manages marketing strategies for four countries: France, Germany, the Netherlands and Switzerland.


His work focuses on three areas:

  • ATL: OOH campaigns, TV, events

  • Mid-funnel: influence, podcasts, partners

  • Bottom-funnel: affiliation, paid ads

Joining Revolut has enabled him to seize a unique opportunity and evolve within the dynamic environment of a fast-growing fintech. One of the projects he's most proud of recently was the implementation of a major campaign with influencer Inoxtag, perfectly illustrating the impact and agility of his day-to-day role.
