RESERVE A ROOM ON THE PARIS CAMPUS

 

Passing through Paris?
As a graduate, book a room on the KEDGE campus for your customer meetings or a day of work.

 

HOW TO RESERVE A ROOM ?

 

Send us the following information by email:

  • Your name and surname;
  • A phone number ;
  • The day you want to reserve a room/bubble ;
  • The time slot;
  • The names of your companions, if applicable.

You will then receive confirmation of your room reservation by return e-mail. The room will only be reserved after confirmation from us. On the big day, you can come to reception to collect your badge and gain access to the room.

🔍 The spaces concerned

We now have 4 meeting rooms, commonly called Bubble, available for half-day or full day (depending on availability).

They each have:

  • 6 seats;
  • A wall notch ;
  • Free wifi access on campus.
