✨ An immersive day at the heart of the brand

On October 7, the Lactalis Group set up shop on the KEDGE Business School campus in Bordeaux for a day dedicated to discovering the brand, its values and its opportunities.

The program included friendly events, gourmet tastings, games, conferences and inspiring exchanges between students, recruiters and KEDGE graduates now working for the Group.

This Brand Day enabled students to explore the Group's different professions, to better understand its challenges and to talk directly to those who work there on a daily basis, in particular several alumni who came to share their experience and career paths.

🤝 Rich and varied highlights

Throughout the day, the campus vibrated to the rhythm of the animations proposed by Lactalis' emblematic brands:

🥛 10h - Hot chocolate with Lactel
🧀 11:45am - Instant President: Camembert and Comté cheese tasting
🍰 1:30pm - Bridélice whipped cream bar
🍨 16h - Moment plaisir with La Laitière
🧀 5pm - AOP cheese moment: Ossau-Iraty and Cantal

At the same time, a number of fun activities enlivened the areas: brand wheel, ephemeral tattoo workshop, goose game, milkshake bike... An original and dynamic way to dive into the Lactalis universe while promoting professional encounters.

💭 Discussions about professions and careers

The event also highlighted the wealth and diversity of career paths available within the Group. Throughout the day, students were able to talk directly to HR and business teams at the recruitment center, take part in job speed-dating sessions to discover internship and first-job opportunities, and submit their applications in the CV mailbox provided in the career area.

A conference was organized for the MAI audience, featuring two alumni buyers — Tanguy Billon and Baptiste Prouteau — who shared their experience and insights on the profession.

A space dedicated to alumni testimonials was also set up. KEDGE graduates now working for Lactalis shared their experiences, talking about their daily lives, their missions and the career prospects offered by the Group. These invaluable exchanges enabled the students to gain a better understanding of the reality on the ground, and to imagine, perhaps, their own future within Lactalis.

Thanks to our graduates

A big thank you to the KEDGE graduates now at Lactalis for their presence and their exchanges with the students.
Their feedback, advice and enthusiasm made for an inspiring, friendly and instructive day for the kedgers.

👏 A fine illustration of the strength of the KEDGE network, always ready to accompany new generations towards their professional future.
