In May 2025, Constance made history by becoming the youngest French woman to reach the summit of Mount Everest, thus fulfilling her late father's dream of climbing the 7 highest peaks in the world. A few months later, she published her first book with Fayard, an intimate account of her journey, her relationship with her father and the profound meaning of her commitment. Between corporate conferences, content creation and the development of her association, her daily life is a perfect illustration of how a family tragedy can be transformed into a driving force for collective inspiration.

🎓 From KEDGE to the backstage world of luxury goods and events

After completing an HEC preparatory course at Saint-Étienne Douai, she joined KEDGE's Grande École program as a Bachelor 3 student. Her years at the school enabled her to refine her professional project and build a profile that was both academic and practical.

Her first experiences were marked by excellence: an internship at Guerlain in Brussels, where she discovered the inner workings of international trade and marketing in the world of luxury. This was followed by a work-study placement at Moët Hennessy Diageo, in Trade Marketing. There, she worked on world-class events such as the Cannes Film Festival and the Monaco Grand Prix, teaching her the rigor, precision and creativity needed to manage projects of this scale.

It was at this point, while working on her work-study program, that she founded her association, with a clear idea in mind: to pursue the dream of her father, who died of cancer, and use his exploits to raise awareness and inspire others.

🚀 A solid career path before the big jump

After graduating, she thought she would devote herself fully to her 7 Summits project, but an opportunity brought her to Strasbourg, where she became Business Developer for the Internationaux de Strasbourg, France's third biggest tennis event after Roland Garros and the Rolex Paris Masters.

For three years, she helped develop the tournament, building up a solid network in the world of sports events. But the demands of the outside world quickly increased: climbing the highest peaks, writing her book, corporate conferences, collaborating with brands, managing the association... Until she made a radical decision to leave her permanent employment contract to devote herself fully to her projects, while continuing to carry out occasional freelance assignments.

🏔️ Everest: a historic feat and a personal tribute

In May 2025, her project took on a global dimension: she successfully climbedEverest (8,849 m), becoming the youngest French woman to reach the summit.

Here, she shares some of her most memorable moments. Contrary to popular belief, Everest is not a "tourist" adventure:

"When 15 out of 427 climbers lose their lives in three days, you realize that every step is a victory. It takes immense physical preparation, an iron mind and the ability to deal with fear and pain."

She achieved this ascent with the invaluable help of her Sherpa, but above all with an intimate motivation: to honor her father, who dreamed of accomplishing this challenge.

"When I set foot on the summit, I knew I had done it for him. I also knew that I'd become the youngest French woman to climb Everest, and that this moment would change the association's visibility and give new strength to our cause."

📖 A long-awaited book, between intimate story and universal testimony

This Wednesday, October 1, 2025, Contance publishes his first book with Editions Fayard. Begun over a year and a half ago, the book is both an autobiography and a tribute.

It all started with an email she discovered after climbing Kilimanjaro, in which her father wrote of his own plans to climb the 7 summits and write a book to convey a message of hope to cancer patients. She then decided to take up this project on her own.

"This book is a bit hers and mine. In it, I tell the story of my life, growing up with a sick father, the pain of losing him, the mourning, then rebuilding through sport and adventure. Until Everest, the moment that gave me the certainty that his dream was still alive through me.

The fruit of a long collaboration with Fayard, this book is much more than a story: it is a testimony to resilience, courage, and the ability to transform hardship into strength.

🌍 A life between conferences, association and new projects

Since her return from Everest, her agenda has been a whirlwind. She's been speaking at a number of corporate events: at Google France, for the Orange Executive Committee, and at Rothschild to international investment funds. Each talk is an opportunity to share her experience of surpassing oneself, resilience and the power of dreams.

At the same time, she leads brand collaborations and is beginning to be identified as a content creator, although she prefers to define herself as a speaker and association entrepreneur.

Her association continues to take shape: a salaried employee was hired last June to manage operational development, allowing her to professionalize her action while maintaining a 100% voluntary role. Her objective is clear: to ensure that every euro raised is directly invested in the children and the association's projects.

New horizons are also taking shape: a documentary film is in preparation, to tell the story of his adventure to an even wider audience.

💡 His message to the Kedgers: "Dare, without waiting".

His advice is frank and inspiring:

"Don't wait for your project to be perfect. Get started, accept failures as learning experiences, and surround yourself with the right people. Life is short: the time to act is now.

She also reminds us of the importance of listening to oneself, knowing how to take measured risks, but also protecting one's energy to last over the long term.
