Chloé Jayet, a 2012 graduate of KEDGE Business School, continues to distinguish herself in the field of human resources thanks to a career marked by prestigious positions and numerous successes.

Graduating from KEDGE BS in 2012, Chloé Jayet has acquired the solid skills and know-how needed to excel in human resources.

After graduating, Chloé joined Danone, where she worked for seven years as a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP). There, she played a key role in aligning HR strategies with the company's business objectives, managing talent, developing training programs and fostering an inclusive working environment.

Chloé then joined Hermès as Human Resources Manager. She brought her expertise to strengthen talent management, improve HR processes and support the company's culture of excellence.

Chloé Jayet's recent appointment as Savoir-faire Paris-Pantin Director is recognition of her skills and commitment to Hermès.
