A graduate of KEDGE Business School in Media Management, Diane Renaud is passionate about the local area. Through her professional experience, she has discovered the local economic fabric and its development challenges.

In recent years, French Tech Aix-Marseille has reinforced its role as a structuring force in the ecosystem. Diane Renaud agrees: "Jean-Baptiste Geissler has done a fantastic job of structuring the French Tech Aix-Marseille Région Sud and has been keen to "play collectively" by creating joint actions with the local ecosystem. Today, the foundations are solid, and the objective over the next few years will be to "beef up our game"."

The ambition is to enable startups to scale up and position the Aix-Marseille region as "a land of innovation" : giving startups all the keys they need to grow, but also welcoming new startups to enrich the region all the more. Diane Renaud's aim is to accelerate the development of startups, particularly in terms of financing by setting up a "financing path", but also in terms of talent, by promoting the region's dynamism in terms of employment on a national level.

For Diane Renaud, these actions inevitably involve an effort to make French Tech more visible to startups in the region: "French Tech Aix-en-Provence-Marseille must be a key player for all startups in the region, and territorial networking is essential to achieve this goal. I'm determined to extend the association's reach beyond the cities of Aix-en-Provence and Marseille, and to enable entrepreneurs to become a long-term part of the ecosystem."
