Florence GUY is a chartered accountant, statutory auditor and graduate of KEDGE Business School. In 2017, she set up KENCE, a public accounting firm in Nantes, specializing in consolidation. In 2022, she was elected director of the SMI mutual insurance company (article Mutuelle SMI (in French)).

She began her career with an international audit firm in Paris. She hasalmost 20 years' experience in listed groups of various sizes (CAC40 and SMEs) and in the French Ministry of Finance.

Today, KENCE's team of specialists carries out financial reporting and consolidation, on an outsourced or assisted basis, for listed groups in France and Europe, as well as for regional SMEs. We master both French standards (ANC 2020-01 for commercial companies) and international standards (IFRS and US GAAP).
