                                                    French Mediterranean Gourmet (FMG), co-founded by KEDGE Business School graduates Frédéric Trainaud and Jean-Pierre Jouve, announces the acquisition ofA L'OLIVIER Groupe from the Daregal group, world leader in frozen aromatic herbs. This operation marks a key step in the creation of an international, multi-channel group, positioned as a leader in the Mediterranean diet.
 
  
A L'OLIVIER Groupe: An Iconic Brand
A L'OLIVIER Groupe, founded over two centuries ago, specializes in R&D, selection, bottling and marketing of vegetable oils, vinegars and premium Mediterranean products. The company is present in 38 countries, with sales of 13 million euros in 2024, 40% of which are exported.
The group's two flagship brands:
- BAILLY: "L'huile des chefs" dedicated to professionals (BtoB, CHR).
- A L'OLIVIER: Consumer brand, distributed in BtoBtoC and BtoC.
