We are delighted to announce the promotion of KEDGE graduate Damien Pénelon to Director of Corporate Sales, Used Vehicles and New Mobility Services at Jaguar Land Rover France. ✨

After four years with the automaker's French subsidiary, Damien has risen through the ranks since joining in February 2020 as Key Account and Direct Sales Manager. His expertise in managing direct sales, used car and remarketing projects has been recognized, now propelling him to head up the corporate sales and innovative mobility department.

💼 Damien also made his mark by successfully overseeing the digitization of Jaguar Land Rover France's commercial activities for two and a half years. His career, forged in the automotive sector, began with BMW Group France, and he then joined Sixt as head of operations at Paris-Orly airport.

After a brief spell with ALD Automotive in 2015, Damien returned to BMW France, where he held a number of key positions, including head of the division responsible for production, strategy, sales planning and dealer network performance.
