KEDGE Alumni for Impakt Network: In 2023, let's get it done!
Several hundred Alumni expressed their interest in response to our call for participation. After a co-construction phase, the Network has officially launched. Let's make it grow and make 2023 a milestone year - with the first initiatives to come!
Since 2021, KEDGE has been rolling out its KEDGE IMPAKT strategy, setting out the school's commitments to train responsible managers and accelerate the ecological and social transition underway.
It is within this dynamic that the KEDGE Alumni for Impakt network was initiated in October 2022, federating the school's graduates who already contribute or wish to contribute to the ecological and social transformation of organizations and different business sectors.
Its objectives:
- 🤝 Gather: Enable networking between alumni... and increase our impact by fostering synergies!
- 💡 Inspire: Enable the sharing of career paths and experiences, showcase singular trajectories... between alumni but also with our students!
The KEDGE Alumni for Impakt network will be directly linked to future developments within the school, particularly in terms of pedagogy and professional opportunities for students.
In this sense, and echoing your feedback (details below), among the initiatives to be built together within the network in 2023: organization of interventions for our students (career days, business cases, hackathons, etc.), creation of thematic sub-committees (sustainable finance, decarbonization, social and solidarity economy, etc.), coaching and sharing of best practices to move towards impact careers, contribution to advocacy for changes in higher education, etc.
The first step? Form the network
Let's get together, and invite anyone who might be interested in joining the network.
In detail: your expectations of the network
You can find a full summary of the feedback received via online questionnaires and focus groups organized in November-December. Thanks once again to everyone for these very rich contributions, which will guide the first months of the network and several future initiatives!
