Graduating in 2021 with a passion for rugby and real estate, Louis Penent has decided to extend the collective adventure begun at KEDGE by launching the XV des Poussières, a rugby team dedicated to alumni.

A key member of the KEDGE Bordeaux rugby team, Louis has taken part in numerous student competitions, winning several major titles: four Ecricome Challenges, an EY Top Eight, and twice reaching the final of the Coupe de France des écoles de commerce.

But more than the victories, he remembers above all the human bonds forged on and off the pitch, encounters that often led to great professional opportunities.

With the XV des Poussières, Louis aims to :

• create an alumni team based in Paris,
• join the FFSE (Fédération Française du Sport d'Entreprise) in the 2025-2026 season,
• organize an annual gala match in Bordeaux between students and graduates,
• and above all, to develop a professional support network inspired by the values of rugby: solidarity, surpassing oneself and conviviality.

Louis has no intention of stopping there. In the medium term, he plans to :

• expand the team by bringing together more and more graduates from different classes,
• taking part in national and international tournaments, to fly the KEDGE flag,
• to create a real alumni community around rugby, where sporting events will mingle with professional exchanges,
• and why not, in the long term, make the XV des Poussières a model alumni project, both sporting and federative.
