Murielle Vuong, a graduate of KEDGE Business School, has just been appointed Director of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) at Sephora Collection, the exclusive brand of the Sephora chain, within the LVMH group. ✨

With 24 years' experience, including 15 years with Veepee, the European leader in online event-based sales, Murielle has forged a fine career path in which she has held several key marketing and communications positions and then, after backpacking for a few months, steered her career towards a high-impact business with the definition and steering of Veepee's CSR strategy.

Her knowledge of the Veepee model, its corporate culture, its operations and its ecosystem, helped her in this initiative, as the sustainable transition of a company is achieved with the business experts, in a spirit of collaboration and co-construction.

Thanks to her expertise in CSR, her career as a communicator and her genuine personal commitment, which lent sincerity to the approach, she was able to raise awareness and get employees on board to commit Veepee to a more responsible transition. Externally, she has also been actively involved in meeting the CSR challenges of e-commerce with other players in the sector.

The result: some fine achievements over the past 5 years in favor of the circular economy with the second life of products, the environment on issues such as transport, packaging, energy and green IT, anda more inclusive world for women in tech and people with disabilities.

Murielle Vuong is taking on a new challenge as CSR Director of Sephora Collection, a new position. She will bring her know-how to enhance the existing situation, build the CSR vision and roadmap, and roll out initiatives with business experts within the brand, the company and LVMH, in order to promote accessible, responsible beauty.
