#1 Florent Ladrech, Line Pilot Officer at easyJet
🎓 A graduate of the Grande École program at KEDGE Marseille (2008) and holder of a Master's degree in international purchasing, I began my career in industrial purchasing and then in transport cost optimization consulting.
🎙️ Passionate about transmission, I have had the opportunity to teach on the Marseille, Toulon and Suzhou campuses, sharing the values that drive me: listening, boldness and the pursuit of one's dreams. ✨
👨🏽✈️🛫 My dream was to become an airline pilot. Put aside after the events of 2001, this dream has never disappeared. It wasn't until I was 33 that I dared to take the plunge. It wasn't easy to go back to school, but that decision changed everything. Today, I'm lucky enough to fly easyJet's Airbus A320s, and every flight reminds me of one essential thing: it' s never too late to follow your own path.
💬 Whether you're a student, professional or retraining: listen to your intuitions. The path is demanding, but it's worth it.
" Whatever you dream of doing, do it. Boldness has genius, power and magic." - Goethe

Today, I work from France for other countries (Belgium and the Netherlands). This international background has enabled me to develop an approach to communication that is both locally rooted and globally minded. 🌍

#6 Gwendoline Duval, Founder - Duval Communication
🎓 As a graduate of KEDGE Business School (Marseille 2010, CESEMED program), I've always had a clear objective: to work in the travel industry. KEDGE was a real springboard, thanks in particular to an exchange year in Montreal in 2009, which had a profound impact on my career.
After living and working in Asia, New Zealand, Guyana and France, I decided to move back to Montreal in 2015. I joined Club Med Canada's B2B marketing department, then quickly moved on to Travelweek, the largest B2B media group for travel and tourism professionals in Canada. 🇨🇦✈️
First editor-in-chief, then director of the French-language publication Profession Voyages, for over 8 years I steered a medium that we propelled to the top of the Quebec market. It was a key position as an industry opinion leader, but above all a real career gas pedal. However, the call of entrepreneurship was too strong!
🚀 In January 2024, I founded Duval Communication, an agency specializing in public relations and B2B marketing for the travel industry.
We support destinations, tourism ministries, hotel groups, cruise lines and airlines in their promotional strategies in Canada. In less than two years, we've grown by leaps and bounds, and our impact is already recognized throughout the industry. The next step? Developing new services to advance B2B relations in this sector, thanks to artificial intelligence and other technological innovations.
This journey has taught me that by following what drives us deeply, we end up not only successfully charting our own course, but also opening up new perspectives for an entire sector.

I then joined international groups like Siemens, where I developed rigor, agility and the ability to manage complex projects with multicultural teams. These experiences taught me to evolve in demanding environments undergoing constant transformation.
🏨 🇨🇭 For the past three years, I've held the position of Procurement Manager for some fifteen Hilton Group hotels in Switzerland. I supervise calls for tender, negotiations and management of supplier contracts, working closely with local teams. It's a key role, both strategic and operational, combining coordination, responsiveness and day-to-day teamwork.
