Bérengère Malin is responsible for managing activities to promote student employability, corporate partnerships, the Foundation, entrepreneurship, action-based teaching and the alumni network. She is a member of the Executive Committee.

Throughout her professional career, Bérengère Malin has built up solid experience in strategy, business development, sales, marketing and digital for BtoB and BtoC clients, within complementary environments: operational marketing and communications agencies, strategy and management consultancies, as well as SMEs and major corporations.

Bérengère Malin is a graduate of the European Business School and the HEC Paris Executive MBA. She began her career in 1991 in operational marketing agencies with BDDP/TBWA and DDB, where she held the position of Consulting Director. Her experience in the design and management of Air France's first loyalty program gave her a taste for customer relationship management, which has become the common thread running through her career. She joined EY Conseil/Capgemini Invent in 1999, working in the Sales Marketing Strategy department, before moving on to various marketing, digital & communications and customer services departments from 2007 onwards, working for Arval (BNP Paribas Group), Thalys International (SNCF Group) and then Manpower France.

After an entrepreneurial interlude with VSEs and the creation of a Think Lab in New Caledonia to support entrepreneurship and employability, she joins HEC Paris in 2019 as Executive Business Development and Sales Director for Executive Education's inter and intra-company programs.

At KEDGE, Bérengère Malin's mission will be to develop students' employability by emphasizing learning by doing, to strengthen corporate partnerships, to play an active role in reinforcing economic ecosystems and enhancing the value of KEDGE's research, and to pursue the development of all the school's entrepreneurship-related activities. She will also be responsible for coordinating the alumni network and steering the KEDGE Business School Foundation for Responsible Management. All these missions are part of the KEDGE 25 strategic plan launched in 2020.

Bérengère Malin is a member of KEDGE's Executive Committee, reporting to Alexandre de Navailles, the school's Managing Director.
