After graduating from KEDGE in 2011 with a Grandes Ecoles diploma and an HEC preparatory course, Chloé Fournier worked for 3 years for the advertising group WPP (Young & Rubicam, Wunderman) in London, Singapore, Sao Paulo and Paris in digital marketing.

In 2014, she founded Welkeys, initially as a platform for connecting Bnb owners and concierges, which became a property management and concierge company in 2017.

Today, Welkeys has 30 employees between Paris, Bordeaux, Marseille and Mégève, 25 city manager partners and over 1,200 mandates under management in more than 30 destinations in France.

I joined KEDGE' s Marseille campus in 2009 after completing a "classe préparatoire aux grandes écoles". Very involved in the school's community life, during my two years I was communications director for Citadingue, the guide to good places to go in Marseille and Aix-en-Provence. I then spent 2 years abroad as an intern in Sao Paulo, London and Singapore on a trainee program with the WPP advertising group, before returning to Paris in 2011 to take up a position with Wunderman (WPP group) in Paris in digital marketing.

Specializing in tourism, real estate, management, rentals and services, Welkeys is developing its offers at the top end of the market in France. The company's real estate portfolio now includes over 1,200 properties in 30 destinations, including Paris, Bordeaux, Megève, Chamonix, Hossegor, Deauville, Cannes, Biarritz and Île de Ré, and has already welcomed over 200,000 travelers.

A 360 service that meets a growing demand for short and medium-term stays in the mountains, by the sea, in the countryside or in the city, is now available to owners and holidaymakers wishing to delegate the management and logistics of their seasonal rentals.

Two offers:

• A management service dedicated to short-term rentals. Welkeys manages everything from A to Z for their owner clients: professional photo-taking, ad creation and broadcasting, revenue management, welcome, departure, hotel-quality linen and cleaning, maintenance operations.

• A range of vacation rentals and a direct booking platform: Club Welkeys. Club Welkeys guarantees comfortably equipped and carefully inspected vacation rentals. Teams are available 7/7 to meet travelers' needs and offer a range of local experiences (in-home chef, surfing lessons, yoga classes...). Linen, bed linen, amenities (shampoo, soap), the agency offers hotel-quality services by the sea, in the mountains or in the city.
